We want you to be fully satisfied with your NovaShot purchase! If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

🔄 **Returns Eligibility**
You may request a return within **30 days** from the date of delivery for:
• Defective products  
• Incorrect items  
• Items that arrived damaged

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• All accessories and documentation must be included.

❗ Products found to be damaged due to misuse or neglect may not be eligible for a refund.

📦 **How to Start a Return**
To begin a return:
1. Email our support team at supports@novashot.net with your order number.
2. Provide photos or a short video showing the issue.
3. Our team will issue a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

🔁 **Refund Process**
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 **Return Shipping Costs**
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
